Manager Human Resource - Corporate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract top talent: With a thorough understanding of ARK's hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and source potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process: Create compelling job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and extend job offers.
  • Build and maintain relationships: Collaborate with hiring managers, foster strong relationships with candidates, and network with industry professionals.
  • Improve hiring processes: Responsible for analyzing recruitment data to identify areas for improvement. Armed with this information, develop new strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness ARK's hiring process.
  • Manage Employer branding: Promote ARK as an attractive employer to potential candidates, showcasing its culture, values, and employee benefits.
  • Leadership: Responsible for managing the Corporate Recruiters in India, including training and ensuring they meet performance expectations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in HR or equivalent is a plus.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment in IT-related roles.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and build relationships with candidates.
  • Self-starter with a problem-solving mentality.
  • PHR, SHRM, or Talent Acquisition-related credentials are a PLUS.
