Business Development Manager – Cross-Border eCommerce

We provide end-to-end services including marketplace onboarding, Merchant of Record (MoR) models, international shipping, compliance, and foreign payment settlement.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and connect with Indian sellers, brands, and distributors looking to expand internationally - Pitch our end-to-end cross-border solutions, including MoR, logistics, and payment support - Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential clients from across India - Onboard clients and coordinate with internal teams for smooth activation - Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure upsell/cross-sell opportunities - Attend relevant industry events, expos, and networking forums to build visibilityRequirements:- Proven experience (3+ yrs) in eCommerce sales, preferably with an eCommerce agency, marketplace (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.), or SaaS company - Strong understanding of how Indian sellers operate and the challenges of global selling - Wide network of seller communities, D2C brands, and regional distributors - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in consultative sellingWhat We Offer:- Competitive base salary + performance-linked incentives - Opportunity to work with a globally scaling eCommerce company - Exposure to international markets and strategic brand collaborations - Comfortable office environment in Thane (Mumbai suburbs) - Learning & growth support from senior global eCommerce professionalsTo Apply:Email your resume to hr@dmsmatrix.com with the subject line: Sales Manager – Cross Border eCom
