Our Rajasthan project focuses on modern, eco-friendly urban mobility solutions with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.Role Overview:We are hiring a Depot Head to manage daily operations of an EV bus depot, ensuring high fleet availability, efficient scheduling, and smooth charging operations.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee complete depot operations including dispatch, scheduling, vehicle turnaround, and staff management (drivers, technicians, supervisors). - Ensure timely deployment and return of buses while maintaining high operational efficiency. - Supervise and coordinate overall maintenance of buses, depot infrastructure, and equipment to minimize downtime. - Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and government regulations. - Manage infrastructure & facility oversight including workshops, offices, charging stations, parking, signage, and cleanliness. - Liaise with management and control center to ensure smooth operations, service quality, and continuous improvement.Requirements:- Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile Engineering or Transport Management.
