Objective:

Key Responsibility Areas:

Strategy & Commercial:

- Responsible for developing premium charging experience at home, public, destination and community for TVSM EV customers

- Responsible to decide upon capex and manage profits, investments and ROI with respect to overall charging business

- Outstanding knowledge of the electric mobility market in the country, as you will conduct a strategic assessment of the competitive landscape, and generate projections and new ideas to improve the experience of customer

Co-working with internal & external stakeholders:

- Identify and secure partnerships with key stakeholders essential for the overall charging business

- Collaborate with third-party vendors to establish the company's public charging infrastructure and deliver a premium charging experience

- Forge partnerships across various domains, including charger Installation & Commissioning (I&C), Logistics, Insurance, Quality Audits, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), and Electricity Board (EB) liaisoning

- Build institutional location partnerships with Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs), real estate players, and other relevant entities for the charging busiess

- Liaise with the EV program team to deliver comprehensive charging solutions, ensuring vehicle, charger, and other ground-level readiness.

Customer experience:

- Creating a robust process for assessing, selecting, installing and inspecting all four types of charging infrastructure

- Opportunity to define best practices and processes for the EV and Charging Infrastructure software build, integration and delivery

- Oversee charging operations for superlative customer NPS and wider/deeper customer reach

Key Experience & Skills:

- BE with Minimum 10+ years of experience & Knowledge of the electric vehicle industry, battery technologies and vehicle charging technologies

- Knowledge of charge point operators, public charging requirements, and the consumer charging experience

- Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to work with a varying level of ambiguity and uncertainty

- Proven experience in managing relationships with institutional and corporate clients.
