About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Associate Technology with strong expertise in Python, AWS, and AI to design, develop, and deliver advanced technology solutions. This role involves working on high-impact projects, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Development :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Python and related frameworks.

- Implement AI/ML solutions to address complex business challenges.

Cloud Engineering :

- Architect and manage solutions on AWS ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

- Optimize cloud usage and implement best practices for cost efficiency.

Collaboration & Delivery :

- Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.

Innovation & Improvement :

- Research emerging technologies in AI, ML, and cloud computing.

- Propose innovative ideas to improve processes, automation, and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI preferred).

- Cloud: In-depth experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, SageMaker, etc.).

- AI & ML: Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML models.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline).

- Experience with version control systems (Git).

- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes for containerized deployments.

- Exposure to MLOps practices.

- Experience with data engineering tools and pipelines.

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
