About the Role:We are currently seeking Actuarial professionals with a strong background in General Insurance to join our growing actuarial team in Mumbai and Bangalore. This role offers stability, long-term career growth, and the opportunity to work with a globally recognized team.Key Responsibilities:- Work on actuarial assignments related to P&C insurance, with a focus on Reserving and Pricing.- Support in the development and maintenance of actuarial models for claims reserving, loss forecasting, and pricing strategies.- Analyze large datasets to produce actionable insights and support decision-making processes.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including underwriters, finance, and risk management.- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards.- Document methodologies and results clearly for internal stakeholders and audit requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in General Insurance (Pension and Life Insurance experience will not be considered).- Minimum 2 Actuarial papers cleared.- Solid experience in one or more of the following areas:- P&C Insurance- Reserving- Pricing- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Demonstrated career stability in previous roles.- Willingness and enthusiasm to build a long-term career in Actuarial science.Work Environment & Perks- Work Mode: Hybrid (Work-from-office with flexibility)- Shift: UK Shift- Location: Mumbai or Bangalore office- Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday- Transport Facility: Provided- Opportunity to work with a leading global actuarial team- Continuous learning and certification support (ref:iimjobs.com)
