Actuarial Analytics Lead

Job Title: Senior ManagerOur organization seeks an accomplished individual to fill this key position in our Actuarial Analytics team.This role is based in Mumbai and will require working at least three days a week in the office. We rely on you to contribute to an inclusive work environment that values diversity, experience, and thought.Key responsibilities include:Contribute to developing an inclusive work environment.Organize client data, check for reasonability, load into predictive models, run models, share insights with senior colleagues, and compile coherent narratives.Perform calculations with client data to assess risk exposures and predict outcomes for clients.Conduct research on industry developments affecting loss liabilities to determine their impact on clients.Generate exhibits, dashboards, and decks leading to impactful discussions with clients.You will establish and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, reinsurers, and colleagues, assist in promptly responding to client queries, and keep teams updated on trends that may affect reinsurance programs.Requirements:Bachelor's or master's degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Statistics.2-4 years of work experience; completion of at least 3 actuarial exams preferred.Curious and proactive mindset.Collaborative, team-oriented mindset and effective interpersonal skills.Strong ability to be organized and detail-oriented.Capacity to progress multiple projects at once.Benefits:Professional development opportunities.Interesting work.Supportive leaders.Why join our organization?We help you grow through professional development opportunities, interesting work, and supportive leaders.
