About the Role

Are you a strategic hunter with a commercial mindset and a passion for closing high-value digital transformation deals? Do you thrive in boardroom discussions, lead with insight, and operate with a sense of urgency?

We are looking for a Head of Business Development to lead revenue and enterprise sales for our Digital Products Division, covering full-cycle delivery of websites, mobile apps, and custom software platforms. This is a leadership role with hands-on accountability, ideal for a high-performance sales leader who can scale pipelines, build trust with CXOs, and close large digital deals.

You will work closely with the founders, lead GTM efforts, and collaborate with solution teams to build tailored value propositions for some of Indias most respected brands.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Leadership & Growth Strategy

- Own revenue targets and lead go-to-market strategies across the digital product services portfolio.

- Drive growth in key verticals such as BFSI, Consumer Tech, Retail, Manufacturing, and D2C.

End-to-End Sales Ownership

- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting, solution design, and proposal development to pricing, negotiation, and deal closure.

- Lead large strategic pursuits and multi-stakeholder engagements.

Pipeline Generation & GTM Execution

- Build a strong deal pipeline through outbound initiatives, partnerships, ABM, and inbound channels.

- Collaborate with marketing to create content, campaigns, and enablement tools that drive lead quality and conversion.

Consultative CXO Engagement

- Engage senior decision-makers including Founders, CIOs, CTOs, and CMOs with sharp, insight-led conversations.

- Translate complex business problems into digital product opportunities with clarity and credibility.

Solution Engineering with Cross-functional Teams

- Collaborate with product, tech, design, and content leaders to shape customized proposals and delivery blueprints.

- Balance commercial viability with technical feasibility and design innovation.

Strategic Account Management

- Nurture long-term relationships with key clients to maximize lifetime value through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.

- Ensure seamless handover and coordination with delivery teams for successful project outcomes.

Candidate Profile

- 815 years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting in a digital agency, tech services, or software product environment.

- MBA in sales/ Marketing or related field

- Proven track record of closing large-ticket digital deals (typically in the INR 50L5Cr range).

- Strong consultative selling and enterprise solutioning background.

- Deep understanding of the web, mobile, and custom software delivery lifecycle (technical familiarity is a must).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and commercial negotiation skills.

- Highly self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

- Experience working with Indian enterprise clients across sectors like BFSI, Retail, Fintech, Healthcare, or Manufacturing is an advantage.
