The role entails managing financial systems, streamlining employee processes, and ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements. This position also involves accurate reporting, audit management, and maintaining robust documentation practices. Improving Program Implementation efficiency at district level Using technology and behavioural science.As aLead – Admin & Financeat Open Links Foundation, you’ll:✔️ Lead and manage all administrative and financial operations to ensure efficiency and compliance ✔️ Design and implement employee-related processes (leaves, travel, expenses, celebrations) with a focus on compliance, cost-effectiveness, and employee satisfaction ✔️ Manage payments, vendor invoices, salary processing, and reconcile bank transactions accurately and on time ✔️ Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions ✔️ Oversee internal and external audits, regulatory filings, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements ✔️ Provide timely financial reports, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making ✔️ Ensure smooth office operations including upkeep, procurement, and administrative support functions ✔️ Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen organizational systems and efficiencyWhat We’re Looking For?Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field 8+ years of experience in Administration & Finance within large manufacturing, service, or development organizations Strong expertise in financial management, accounting systems, and regulatory compliance Familiarity with ERP and MS Excel (advanced) Proven ability to manage teams, handle multiple priorities, and work with diverse stakeholders ️ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven with strong decision-making skillsRemuneration: ₹6.0 – 8.0 LPA (Based on experience)Apply:
