**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Support in developing accurate financial accounting systems and records - Recording and posting of all the company’s financial transactions - Support in developing weekly financial analysis/reports (management reports, Financial Ratio Analysis in compliance with the company policies) - Preparation of TIMELY financial reports. - Support in conducting and maintaining accurate tracking of all payments. - Keeping track of accounts payable and accounts receivable - Support in conducting bank reconciliations. - Support in ensuring that the company business financial processes and transactions follow all relevant accounting guidelines - Enforcement of finance and admin audit recommendations
**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**: - The applicant must hold a minimum of a diploma in Finance and Accounting or related field. - Certificate and or experience in Marketing, Sales and Front Desk Management is an advantage - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
