Key Responsibilities :
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Develop product lines and assortments that meet customer demands.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure best prices and terms.
Manage inventory levels, replenishment, and stock allocation.
Ensure timely delivery of products.
Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies.
Analyze sales data and market trends.
Monitor and report on sales/Inventory performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Negotiate contracts and agreements andEnsure supplier compliance.
Work Experience :
2-5 years of merchandising experience.
Retail industry experience preferred
Desired Skills :
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Office and merchandising software.
