Job Title: Furniture Salesman

Location: Ettumanoor, Kottayam

Working Hours: 9am to 8pm

**Responsibilities**:
1. *Customer Engagement:*
- Greet and assist customers in selecting furniture and home decor items that meet their needs.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Answer inquiries about product features, pricing, and availability.

2. *Sales Process:*
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the furniture inventory and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Close sales by effectively addressing customer concerns and negotiating terms.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

3. *Visual Merchandising:*
- Contribute to the visual appeal of the showroom by arranging furniture displays attractively.
- Ensure that the showroom is well-maintained and organized to showcase products effectively.

4. *Customer Follow-up:*
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

5. *Collaboration:*
- Coordinate with colleagues, including the admin and accounting team, to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to enhance product offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a salesman in a furniture store.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong product knowledge of furniture and home decor items.
- Ability to work from 9am to 8pm.
