Key Responsibilities Area:


  • Facilitate smooth communication between departments for collaborative projects.
  • Act as the main point of contact within the creative team to ensure clear and effective communication.
  • Oversee brand shoots from planning to execution.
  • Maintain project trackers to monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate tasks and deliverables with graphic designers, photographers, and editors.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop campaign ideas.
  • Assist in executing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with photographers to coordinate all aspects of brand shoots, including location scouting, model selection, and styling.
  • Manage logistics to ensure successful shoots.


Qualification:


  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • 3 years of experience is must.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Basic understanding of Photoshop, designing and aesthetic taste.
  • Good communication is required.
  • Learning mindset will be preferred.
