You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to deliver exceptional customer experience, drive sales performance, and build strong connections with the customers.What’s on your Daily Menu?Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience.Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and visual merchandising.Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales conversion, average transaction value, and footfall.Ensure the highest level of customer service and brand experience at all times.Maintain in-depth product knowledge to assist and inspire customers effectively.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth stock flow and replenishment.Ensure store displays are updated in line with seasonal changes, promotions, and new launches.Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to support business goals and store initiatives.The Perfect Blend: Your ingredients for SuccessExperience:A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment with store management responsibility.Experience working with premium fashion/home wares products preferable.Education/Qualifications:MBA or bachelor’s degree.Skills and Knowledge:Proficiency in both written and spoken English with strong communication abilities.Excellent customer service skills with a focus on maintaining brand and operational standards.Strong sales and upselling skills with the ability to convert opportunities into results.Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel skills to intermediate level.Why Join Our Table?At Le Creuset, you will find your seat at our table, which is a colorful as our cookware and rich in history.
