Retail HR Position

Managing the entire retail segment of the North region, this role involves key responsibilities in recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    Assist in posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, conducting new hire orientations, and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Employee Relations:
    Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, support resolution of grievances and disciplinary matters, and promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
  • HR Administration:
    Prepare and maintain HR documents, ensure labor law compliance, manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
  • Performance Management:
    Assist with performance appraisal process and employee development programs, identify training needs, and coordinate relevant sessions.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    Provide information on compensation and benefits programs, assist with salary reviews and benchmarking.
  • HR Reporting and Metrics:
    Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Experience:
    Minimum 4+ years in Retail HR, with at least 3 years in store hiring experience.
  • Skills:
    Strong project management, attrition management, employee engagement skills, and driving initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Attributes:
    Proactive, self-driven, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
  • Flexibility:
    Comfortable with store visits and travel as required.
