Hi Pidilite is hiring for Technical Solution Executive Location : Chennai Skill :Technical Solution Executive ( Techno -Marketing ) Exp : 3 to 14 years exp in Techno -Marketing Education : B.TECH /Dip Civil Communication : Excellent communication Industry Exp : Cement ,Construction Chemical ,Paint ,RMC ,Building Material Job description Responsibilities:- Role of TSEs is to drive penetration of Standard Solution Product Range through collaboration of Influencers with an ecosystem of SWP, CWP and TWPs linked to identified Key Dealers Set. Consumer Segment: Premium IHB – NC, Premium IHB - Repair Stakeholders to address the Consumer Segment: Influencer, SWP/CWP, TWP Primary Responsibility: 1) Waterproofer Data Collection: a. Listing and Profiling Waterproofing Contractors (in mPower). b. Collating the list of Competition Waterproofers and profiling them. 2) Waterproofer Development: b. Ensuring sufficiency of Waterproofers of each type, linked to Key Dealers, to service the leads generated and to get access to the targeted consumer segment. c. Identification and training of SWP/CWP/TWP as per sufficiency norms in each geography/town to build sustainable service infrastructure. d.
