Following are the and Content Design:

- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

- Design and implement creative communication campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, and social media.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall business objectives.

- Create and oversee high-quality content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and press releases as per content calendars.

- Manage internal communications to ensure clear and consistent messaging throughout the organization.

- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication materials.

Brand Management:

- Uphold brand guidelines and standards across all communication materials and digital platforms.

- Ensure that all communication initiatives reflect the company's brand values, messaging, and tone of voice.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.

- Conduct regular brand audits to maintain consistency and address any discrepancies.

- Provide training and support to team members on brand standards and best practices.

Digital Marketing and Social Media:

- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing and social media strategies.

- Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, communication design, and brand management.

Collaboration and Coordination:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure alignment and consistency in communication efforts.

- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed for communication design and digital marketing initiatives.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding and communication.

- Propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance process efficiency, brand visibility, and engagement.

Job Requirements:

- 4-7 years of relevant experience.

- Experience in Marketing and PR agency is preferable.

- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.

- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and digital storytelling techniques.

- Creative thinker with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging content.

- Self-starter with a passion for building brands in a fast-paced environment.
