Brand Associate – Job Description

Location: Gurugram

Experience Required: 0-3 years in a similar role

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Brand Associate with a strong background in Mainline Advertising who can develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a creative mindset, strong client management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement advertising and branding strategies for clients.
  • Assist in crafting brand communication plans aligned with client objectives.

Client & Account Management:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their advertising and branding needs.
  • Present campaign ideas, strategies, and budgets to clients.
  • Maintain regular communication to ensure seamless coordination and execution.

Creative & Media Coordination:

  • Prepare detailed creative/media briefs for internal teams.
  • Work closely with creative and media teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Present creative work to clients and incorporate feedback.

Project & Budget Management:

  • Oversee the progress of campaigns and ensure quality control.
  • Ensure all projects are estimated, billed, and recovered efficiently.
  • Identify potential deviations and take corrective actions to stay within budget and timeline.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Prepare campaign performance reports and analyze effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for brand growth and optimization.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong understanding of advertising agency processes and internal departments.

Excellent communication and writing skills in English.

Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) is an added advantage.
