
BlackBuck - National Sales Head - Telematics

Purpose:
- Responsible for driving growth for Telematics vertical.
Responsibilities and Desired Outcomes:
- Build and manage a team of 1000+ field sales team members across India.
- Create the direct sales strategy to drive growth of truckers on the BlackBuck fleet management.
- Design requisite frameworks and processes to create a well-oiled sales machinery that can deliver consistent, predictable results.
- Create the strategy and execution mechanism to enable growth for the category.
- Ensure complete discipline on input metrics of attendance, meetings, and conversions across the team, to deliver monthly targets.
- Work closely with the category team to design and roll out further value-added offerings for truckers in the country.
Ideal Postgraduate from any good Tier 1 / Tier 2 colleges
Work Experience: 12 - 14 Years' experience in sales
- 5+ years of experience in heading large field sales teams.
- Sales Strategy Creation
- Team management / Leadership skills
- Communication / Stakeholder management skills
- Analytical skills
