Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Bengaluru. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for handling and onboarding new clients as well as closely working with dealers to onboard them onto the platform. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term engagement with clients and partners. Daily tasks include client acquisition, dealer onboarding, account management, and driving business growth.
Qualifications
• Strong Client Acquisition & Key Account Management skills
• Experience in Dealer Management & Onboarding
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in Fleet Management, GPS & Telematics, Automobile, or Channel Sales is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field**
