Our innovative approach and scalable platforms are transforming logistics for the modern world.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Head – Org Strategy & Transformation who can turn People Ops into a strategic advantage, not just a support function.You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, people, and operations – owning Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Org/People Transformation. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role where you’ll work closely with the founders and leadership team to:- Build a scalable, data-driven People engine - Drive digitalisation and operating discipline across the organisation - Shape the culture, cadence, and execution DNA of AxestrackYou will lead 3 core functions (TA, HR Ops, Transformation) and ensure seamless execution, strong governance, and continuous improvement across all of them.Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition Leadership- Build and refine dashboards, SOPs, guardrails, automation, and digital workflows for hiring - Strengthen evaluation frameworks, assessments, and funnel governance so every hire is deliberate and data-backed - Coach and mentor the TA Team Lead – driving productivity, performance, and discipline across the team - Ensure TA runs like a well-oiled, metrics-driven engine aligned to business priorities2. HR Operations & Admin- Own grievance management, employee queries, and issue resolution with speed and empathy - Govern attendance, discipline, internal processes, and compliance – making sure we run tight, fair, and transparent operations - Design and enforce operational SOPs, checklists, and audit rhythms - Support admin, infra, and office operations where required to keep the organisation running smoothly - Lead and mentor the HR Ops Team Lead, building a strong execution-focused backbone for the company3.
