You will manage qualifiedinbound leads , run strategic discovery coordination, and ensure seamless proposal handovers by working closely with theStrategy team . The leads are pre-qualified through companies' campaigns, AI tools, demo workflows, and thought leadership efforts. The goal: ensurefunnel velocity , timely proposal coordination, and support high-value closures. Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Lead Qualification·Review and qualify inbound leads from marketing, website demos, LLM SEO flows, or founder networks ·Score and prioritize leads using firmographics, urgency, and solution fit ·Maintain hygiene in CRM (e.g., Zoho) with updated lead stages and notesDiscovery, Coordination & Proposal Handoff·Schedule and confirm discovery meetings with Strategy, Product, or Founder ·Prepare internal briefs on each lead, industry, persona, past interactions, urgency ·Coordinate with the Strategy team to prepare and dispatch tailored proposals, pitch decks, or demos. Or prepare commercial proposals ·Track proposal follow-ups, next-step commitments, and secure feedback from clientsLead Engagement & Communication·Maintain structured, professional communication with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp ·Respond to queries with speed and clarity ·Ensure all client-facing touchpoints are logged in CRM with accuracyFunnel Reporting & Insights·Share weekly updates on: oMQL to SQL conversion oProposal tracking oMeeting-to-deal velocity ·Flag delays, drop-offs, or red signals proactively to Business HeadPlatform Familiarity (Training Provided)·Learn and be able to explain value of: oNeuroRank™(LLM SEO engine) oChannel Command™(partner ecosystem automation) oYukti AI(autonomous demo agent) oJaldi Engage™(AI-integrated WhatsApp CRM) oDigital and GTM StrategyIdeal Candidate Profile·2–3 years of experience ininside sales or pre-salesin a B2B, MarTech, SaaS, or digital agency environment ·Excellent communication, fluent in email, LinkedIn, and professional verbal interactions ·Quick learner, eager to work on AI-led solutions and IP-based selling ·High attention to detail, task tracking, and ownership of outcomes ·Confident working with CXOs, marketing heads, and enterprise personas ·Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and funnel dashboardsWhat This Role Does Not Involve·❌ No cold calling ·❌ No mass email campaigns ·❌ No aggressive tele-sales scriptingCompensation & Growth·Base CTC : +Performance Incentives : Based on revenue and deal close ·Growth Path : Progression to Strategy, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Account Success Manager within 12–18 monthsWork Culture & Environment·Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with direct access to founders ·Innovation-led: You will learn frameworks that don’t exist in traditional agencies ·Daily exposure to advanced AI tools, high-value deals, and CXO-level conversationsLocation : Onsite – Delhi NCR Experience : 1–2 years in Inside Sales / Pre-Sales / SDR (inbound or consultative B2B) Reports To : Head – Business Strategy
