The ideal candidate will be skilled in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization, with the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.Key Responsibilities :- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business goals.- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.- Work closely with business teams to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.- Perform statistical analysis to test hypotheses and inform decision-making.- Automate repetitive data processes to improve efficiency.- Document analytical processes and maintain data governance standards.- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.Required Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases.- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, or R.- Strong skills in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.- Good understanding of statistical methods and data modeling.- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills (ref:hirist.tech)
