Job Title: Data Analyst Location: Gurguram Experience: 3-4 years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Proficiency in MongoDB and SQL is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Collect, process, and clean structured and unstructured data from various sources. Analyze data using SQL queries and MongoDB aggregations to extract insights. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data in a meaningful way. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions. Monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Support the development of predictive models and data pipelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role. Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. Hands-on experience with MongoDB , including working with collections, documents, and aggregations. Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar (optional but preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Good to Have: Experience with Python/R for data analysis. Exposure to ETL tools and data warehousing concepts. Understanding of statistical methods and A/B testing.
