We are agile and nimble and constantly looking to deliver value to our clients - from rapid Salesforce implementations to improving the ROI from existing investments.Responsibilities:- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives. - Design and propose innovative Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and drive value. - Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather detailed business requirements. - Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories and functional requirements. - Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to customize and configure Salesforce to meet client requirements. - Create functional specifications, process flows, and use case diagrams to communicate requirements and solutions to development teams. - Ensure that Salesforce solutions align with best practices and design patterns. - Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on Salesforce best practices and industry trends. - Develop and deliver user training sessions to ensure effective Salesforce adoption. - Assist in change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions. - Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability of Salesforce solutions. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Salesforce environment. - Maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and other stakeholders, to ensure project success.Qualifications:- Overall 7 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years as a Salesforce Consultant. - Proven ability to drive and document detailed business requirements independently. - Hands-on experience in configuring Salesforce during the requirement gathering phase. - Expertise in Salesforce consulting, coaching for best practices in administration and implementation, focusing on enhancing user experience and streamlining processes through automation. - Strong presentation, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to drive thought leadership and provide strategic insights. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Vision. - Identify project issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve them. - Writing functional specs, collaborating on design specs with tech team.Education / Certification-- Master’s /University degree or equivalent experience. - Mandatory Certification - Salesforce Business Analyst and Salesforce Admin, Salesforce AI Associate.What We Offer- Freedom to take initiatives to strive for Excellence. - Sponsored Certification to enhance Learning. - Opportunity to learn and gain experience on Salesforce Industry Clouds.
