The brand operates in food courts, malls, corporates and through online food delivery platforms like Swiggy and Zomato.
Position Overview:
Zomoz is hiring for the role of Asst Marketing Manager to manage our food brand's marketing efforts. This role involves overseeing social media strategies, managing store offers and promotions, and driving brand marketing initiatives to build a strong presence and foster customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will be both a creative thinker and a results-driven leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy and Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms.
- Oversee content creation, including posts, stories, and videos, ensuring alignment with the brand’s tone and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive results.
- Stay ahead of social media trends to implement innovative ideas and strategies.
Store Offers and Promotions:
- Design and implement in-store promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align offers with business goals and market demand.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Aggregator Marketing
- Work with aggregators like Swiggy, Zomato & Magicpin to promote the brand on their platform and boost sales
- Assess various marketing properties available on the platform (premium listings, carousels, videos ads) in terms of reach and ROI
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign and plan monthly & quarterly budgets for each platform
Brand Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and execute brand marketing plans to strengthen the brand’s identity and market position.
- Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that align with the brand’s image.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, and digital assets.
- Plan and manage events, product launches, and community engagement initiatives.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product development and store operations, to ensure consistent branding.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and content creators.
Market Insights and Strategy Development:
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, emerging trends, and competitive strategies.
- Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Proven experience in creating and executing successful brand campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a customer-focused mindset and a results-oriented approach.
