Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling. You will be responsible for extracting insights from large datasets, building predictive models, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities :


- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources.

- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.

- Apply advanced statistical techniques to solve business problems.

- Continuously evaluate and improve model performance.

- Create clear and compelling data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.

- Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries Matplotlib, Seaborn.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, engineers, and product managers, to understand business needs and deliver data driven solutions.

- Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and provide actionable recommendations.

- Utilize big data technologies Hadoop, Spark to process and analyze large datasets.

- Work with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP for data storage, processing, and model deployment.

- Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate the impact of business decisions.

- Analyze experimental results and provide insights to stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI.

- Explore new tools, techniques, and algorithms to improve existing processes.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

- 2 or more years of experience in a data science or analytics role

- Proven track record of building and deploying machine learning models.

- Experience in industries such as e-commerce, finance, healthcare, or technology is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.

- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.

- Experience with SQL and database management.

- Familiarity with big data tools Hadoop, Spark and cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP.

- Expertise in data visualization tools Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn.
