This is a full-time role, for an emerging D2C brand based out of Bandra West, Mumbai.


Role Description

We're seeking a visionary Creative Brand Director to lead our Brand and Content/Creative department. This role combines strategic brand leadership with hands-on creative direction, perfect for someone who lives at the intersection of brand strategy, storytelling, and design.


Lead the development and execution of our brand strategy while directing our creative output across all channels. You'll build and manage a talented team of designers, content creators, and multimedia producers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve our brand strategy, identity, and positioning
  • Lead creative direction for all brand touchpoints
  • Guide storytelling through visual design, content, and experiences
  • Manage and mentor a cross-functional creative team
  • Oversee content strategy and creative production
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Drive innovation in creative approaches and methodologies


Required Experience & Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in brand strategy and creative direction
  • Proven track record of building and evolving brand identities
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative execution
  • Excellence in visual design principles and creative direction
  • Deep understanding of storytelling through various mediums
  • Experience in leading and mentoring creative teams
  • Strong copywriting and content strategy skills
  • Knowledge of current design tools and creative technologies
