Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer (FSL) with 6-15 years of experience to join our team. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce development, particularly within Field Service Lightning (FSL), including its mobile application and customization. You'll be responsible for hands-on configuration, custom development, and integrating FSL solutions, while leveraging your proficiency in Lightning, LWC, Apex, and other core Salesforce technologies to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform hands-on configuration and custom development on the Salesforce platform, with a primary focus on Field Service Lightning.

- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Aura components.

- Possess strong expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL) objects, understanding the complete package including its Mobile application and customization capabilities.

- Design, develop, and troubleshoot complex FSL functionalities, including scheduling, dispatch, service appointments, and work orders.

- Utilize Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, and Declarative Tools to build efficient business automations.

- Develop and consume SOAP/REST web services for seamless integration with external systems.

- Build custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights for FSL operations and other Salesforce data.

- Work with Salesforce Communities (Experience Cloud) to extend FSL capabilities to partners and customers.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Conduct comprehensive unit testing and contribute to integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Provide technical guidance and support, working effectively with offshore/onshore teams.

- Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and performance considerations.

Required Skills :

- 6-15 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and Aura.

- Strong experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL) objects, including the mobile application and its customization.

- Good knowledge and understanding of Conga CLM.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, and Declarative Tools.

- Experience developing and consuming SOAP/REST web services.

- Ability to build custom reports and dashboards for business insights.

- Experience with Salesforce Communities (Experience Cloud).

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with offshore/onshore teams.

Good To Have Skills :

- Salesforce Platform Developer II, Field Service Lightning Consultant, or Application Architect certifications.

- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, AutoRabit).

- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, and unlocked packages.

- Experience with Salesforce AppExchange products beyond Conga (e.g., DocuSign, FormAssembly, etc.).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Exposure to Einstein Analytics (CRM Analytics), Salesforce Shield, or Data Masking tools.

- Experience with global implementations and multi-time-zone support models.

- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React or Angular) and their integration with Salesforce.

- Strong documentation and unit testing practices.
