Content Strategy : Develop and execute the content strategy in alignment with the company s goals and guidelines.- Content Creation : Lead the creation of high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content across all channels, including blogs, website copy, social media, email campaigns, and more.- SEO Optimization : Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure all content is optimized for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.- Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Support, to ensure content supports business objectives and customer needs.- Brand Consistency : Ensure all content is consistent with the company s voice, messaging, and brand guidelines.- Content Team Management : Supervise and mentor a team of content creators (writers, editors, designers, videographers) to ensure high-quality content production.- Budget Management : Oversee content-related budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective production.- Content Governance : Maintain a content library and ensure proper version control, updates, and audits of published materials.- Quality and SLA: Ensure the quality of content is as per client expectations and SLA met 5+ years of experience in content management or content marketing, ideally in a similar industry.- Proven track record of leading content initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.- Strong understanding of SEO and content Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and project management tools.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.- Reporting Skills, Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.- Experience with an e-commerce marketplace will be a plus (ref:iimjobs.com)
