Job Description


  • Collate details / documents in relation to transfer pricing study, certification, CbCR and Master File.
  • Assistance in undertaking benchmarking study for transactions undertaken by Group companies.
  • Review current business transactions to ensure tax impact is appropriately considered in books as well as appropriate tax or withholding tax payments are made.
  • Lead and coordinate the tax efficiency and tax management of assignments.
  • Provide structuring solutions from Direct Tax perspective on the new deals as well as structuring / restructuring of existing deals.
  • Collation of details / documents and preparation of submissions, from a transfer pricing standpoint, for assessments and appeals.
  • Liasioning with the tax consultant with respect to the transfer pricing appeal hearings and submissions.
  • Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with the tax authorities, relevant members of the business and functional teams and external service providers.
  • Maintain MIS of international tax compliance and suggestion of improvements.
  • Studying and analysing the existing systems and processes and suggesting ways to improve the systems and processes.
