Associate-direct Tax and Transfer Pricing

BNC is hiring for a reputed CA firm for Direct tax and Transfer pricing role for Delhi/Gurgaon location
1. Ensure the accurate and timely filing of monthly, quarterly, and yearly tax returns.
2. Carry out tax research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Direct Tax Laws & Regulations.
3. Check and respond to notices related to litigation/assessment proceedings in the e-filing portal.
4. Ensure timely statutory compliances and reporting.
5. Assist in tax computation and ensure tax audit accuracy.
6. Maintain an internal database of direct tax accounts & records, as well as records related to litigations/assessment proceedings.
7. Assisting in advisory engagements ranging from business model optimization, legal matters, TP methodologies, business restructuring, cost allocations etc.
8. Assisting in various phases of Advance Pricing Agreement program including coordination and Liaoning with the client and APA authorities
9. Preparation of transfer pricing reports to be maintained as contemporaneous documentation.
10. Preparation and filing of accountant's report in Form 3CEB stating the cross-border transactions.
11. Conducting benchmarking studies using Indian / foreign databases.
12. Drafting of submissions, appeals, etc. to be filed with the respective tax authorities.
CA freshers with experience in direct tax and transfer pricing during articleship
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
