This includes scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments — all while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the HR team in calling and scheduling interviews across all roles. Coordinate between candidates and interviewers for smooth scheduling. Manage multiple interview rounds and follow up with shortlisted candidates. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. Support HR in communication, documentation, and onboarding coordination. Contribute to speeding up the overall hiring process through effective coordination and follow-ups.RequirementsGraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong coordination and time management abilities. Detail-oriented and proactive in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
