Qualifications:- Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Planning, and Budget handling- Strong skills in Account Reconciliation and Financial Reporting- Knowledge of Payroll Management and Vendor Payment processing- Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights for management decision-making- Expertise in Accounting Software and Advanced Excel; familiarity with compliance regulations- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field- Certifications such as CA, CMA, or CPA, and prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team (ref:iimjobs.com)
