**Job Title:** Sr. Manager/AGM - IT SAP (PS) S4 Hana

**Location:** Mumbai, India

**Experience:** 10+ Years

**Education:** Graduate Engineer or Computer Science

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the organization's SAP landscape, including planning, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement.
  • End-to-End knowledge of PS Module is mandatory.
  • Circulate Management Information System (MIS) reports on a regular basis to management and project heads.
  • Lead the implementation and management of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to ensure smooth operations and enhanced business utility.
  • Develop and deliver SAP applications and product architecture roadmaps.
  • Ensure the smooth running and strengthening of SAP applications with additions/modifications for high-level customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage best practices across business to improve process efficiencies.
  • Maximize SAP usage and create governance frameworks for implementing high-level services (service management, applications management, incident management, and change management).
  • Manage Service Level Agreements (SLA) through in-house or external partners.
  • Resolve errors/bugs in-house as raised by end-users/customer teams from any ERP modules.
  • Familiarity with software platforms, including Microsoft 365, Power BI, SAC, AWS Cloud.
  • Design, implement, and manage data analytics architectures.
  • Conduct software tests to ensure optimal system functionality and feature integration.
  • Develop technical manuals or user guides for software solutions.
  • Advance Excel knowledge is mandatory.
  • Oversee IT operations and lead a team of IT staff.
  • Design and implement IT strategies and infrastructure.
  • Identify and eliminate security risks.
  • Analyze business requirements for IT needs and systems.
  • Evaluate IT operations against established goals.
  • Communicate within the IT team and across departments as needed.
  • Assess the need for new equipment and software.
  • Prepare progress and budget reports for upper management.
  • Hire new members of IT staff.
  • Understand computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases, and storage systems.
  • Develop strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Have solid working knowledge of relevant coding languages and security protocols.
  • Apply excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Oversee technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals.
  • Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support strategy implementation.
  • Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software.
  • Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.
  • Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and report to upper management.
  • Control budget and report on expenditure.
  • Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time.
