Sr. Manager - Contracts

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee contract management in the Real Estate / Construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee contracts across all trades, including Civil, MEP, and Finishes.
  • Analyze financial aspects of projects, ensuring budget compliance and cost control.
  • Collaborate with project management teams for effective site execution.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships to enhance project delivery.
  • Conduct pre- and post-contract activities, including documentation and compliance.
  • Perform rate analysis and lead contract negotiations.
Requirements:
  • 14+ Years of experience in contract management in the Real Estate / Construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Real Estate / Construction Contracts.
  • Proven experience in a Contracts Department or similar roles.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
