Role : Technical Lead - Full Stack Java Developer

Location : Hyderabad - Kondapur (Work from Office)

Experience : 5-10 years

Notice Period : Immediate or up to 1 month maximum

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead - Full Stack Java Developer to join our team in Hyderabad.

In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for leading full-stack development projects, encompassing both back-end and front-end web development.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

- Front-End Development : Develop and maintain the front-end architecture of web applications using fundamental languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- JavaScript Frameworks : Work with JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React JS, Bootstrap, and TypeScript to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.

- Back-End Development : Design and develop robust back-end solutions using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.

- Database Management : Create and manage databases using technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB to support application functionality.

- Cloud Integration : Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS to deploy and manage applications in a scalable and efficient manner.

- Tool Proficiency : Use tools like Git/Bitbucket for version control, Jenkins for CI/CD, JUnit for testing, and JIRA for project management to streamline the development process.

- User Interface Design : Work closely with graphic designers to integrate visually appealing web design features.

- Cross-Platform Optimization : Ensure applications are optimized for cross-platform functionality, including mobile devices.

- API Development : Design, develop, and maintain APIs to enhance application performance and interoperability.

- Project Ownership : Oversee projects from conception to deployment, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.

- Continuous Learning : Stay updated on the latest developments in web applications, programming languages, and industry best practices.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on Java, Spring, and JavaScript frameworks.

- Expertise in front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (Angular, React JS, Bootstrap, TypeScript).

- Proficiency in backend technologies such as Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.

- Solid experience with database technologies, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and tools such as Git, Jenkins, JUnit, and JIRA.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
