As a Client Operations Specialist IV within our team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our client operations experience and providing comprehensive support across various products and platforms. - Apply anti-fraud awareness strategies to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, safeguarding both the client and the financial institution from potential losses.

- Implement change management strategies to facilitate the smooth transition of new processes or systems, mitigating any potential impact on stakeholders.
