We’re looking for a Sales Lead with experience in creative / marketing agency sales who can identify, pitch, and convert high-value brand and digital mandates.The role requires a consultative mindset — someone who can listen deeply, connect creative strategy to business goals, and position F(r)uture as a premium, strategic partner.Key Responsibilities1. Market Research & Opportunities IdentificationIdentify potential clients across India, UAE, and global markets.Research client brands, campaigns, and category trends to tailor outreach and insights.Track competitors and industry movements to refine our GTM approach.2. Lead Generation & Pipeline ManagementDevelop and manage a qualified lead pipeline through targeted outreach, referrals, and partnerships.Execute a sales plan combining email outreach, engagement, and industry networking.Maintain CRM hygiene - track stages, conversations, and closure timelines.3. Relationship Building & NetworkingBuild long-term relationships with brand heads, marketing leaders, and CXOs.Identify strategic partnership opportunities with agencies and creative collaborators.4. Pitching & Proposal DevelopmentCollaborate with the Founders, Strategy, Design, and Website teams to build high-quality proposals and pricing frameworks.Present and negotiate proposals, ensuring alignment with business goals and profitability targets.5. Client Onboarding & Servicing Oversee smooth onboarding for all new clients ensuring clarity, documentation, and timely project initiation.Manage and do client servicing for select smaller accounts directly to ensure continuity, satisfaction, and growth opportunities.Required Skills & Experience1-2 years of experience in sales - business development in a creative or digital agency with min 1 years experiences in sales and 1 yr in client servicingProven ability to sell strategy-led creative solutions and manage client relationships.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Understanding of digital ecosystems, creative workflows, branding and agency processes.A self-starter with strong organizational and follow-up skills.Location: Chembur, Mumbai (Hybrid)In-office Requirement: Thrice a week
