Flurn is looking for dynamic Customer Operations & Growth candidates to join our team Be the voice of our customers, championing their needs and collaborating with teams to deliver the best possible experience.
Role Description
The Flurn Customer Operations & Growth team is a high performing team that offers ample opportunities for learning , growth and career development.This role involves managing various business operations, providing high-quality support to customers and instructors, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of overall company operations.
This is a high-growth, high-impact role suitable for candidates who are interested in building a career in Customer Success and Operations.
What you will do
- Oversee Operations - Manage and oversee multiple business operations within Flurn to ensure smooth, efficient processes across departments.
- Deliver High-Quality Support - Provide timely, effective support to customers and instructors, addressing and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Analyse and Improve KPIs - Create, analyse, and manage detailed analytics on class performance, teacher performance, and student outcomes, focusing on KPI improvement across these areas.
- Collaborate for Customer-Centric Solutions - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive, customer-centric approach that enhances satisfaction and achieves company KPIs.
- Advocate for Customers - Serve as the voice of Flurn customers, advocating for their needs and influencing all teams to provide the best experience possible.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business streams.
- Prior relevant experience of 2 to 4 years is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- High energy and a "never-say-die" attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good analytical and process design skills & ability to talk to customers fluidly.
- Zeal to own, pursue and deliver high quality experience to customers.
