We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Presales Solutions Lead specializing in Banking and Financial Services to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving presales activities, crafting innovative solutions, and fostering strong client relationships within the banking and financial sector.


Responsibilities:

  • Play a pivotal role in driving presales activities, crafting innovative solutions, and fostering strong client relationships within the banking and financial sector.
  • Lead the presales initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for banking and financial services clients.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements, market trends, and competitor landscapes to design compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Drive solution demonstrations, proof of concepts, and workshops to showcase the value proposition effectively.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in banking technology solutions, including platforms like Pega, Appian, Salesforce, SAP, and others.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and existing clients to understand their needs and align solutions accordingly.
  • Provide thought leadership in the industry, staying abreast of emerging technologies, regulations, and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in presales, solution architecture, or consulting roles within the banking and financial services domain.
  • Knowledge of BFS Core Platforms like Temenos, Oracle, Finacle will be added advantage
  • Deep understanding of banking processes, digital transformation, and emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
