Professionals with relevant design experience in the industry sectors of Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power Plant, and Petrochemical and having good knowledge in the following activities:


Responsibilities

Development of the following deliverables and activities:

  • Perform calculations, specifications, designs, and equipment selections with guidance.
  • Participate in HAZOP studies and assist in the implementation of required actions.
  • Prepare Material Take Offs (MTOs), Request For Quotations (RFQs), and purchase requisitions.
  • Conduct technical evaluations of supplies and assist in preparing vendor selection reports.
  • Manage correspondence for technical clarifications during the quotation and order follow-up stages.
  • Assist in supervising designs created by the drafting team and ensure compliance with technical standards.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integration and adherence to project specifications.
  • Maintain project documentation and update design changes in systems like Documentum.



Tasks

  • Leading a group of HVAC engineers/designers
  • Planning, Quality management, proposal reviews and HVAC scope.
  • Taking ownership of the project progress, budgets and technical interviews
  • HVAC system for buildings: basic design, specification and requisition
  • HVAC Duct Layouts
  • HVAC Flow Diagram
  • HVAC Equipment Schedule
  • HVAC Thermal Calculations
  • Commissioning/Start-up/Construction Supervision & Support y Site Testing Knowledge.
  • Costing, scheduling, budget-control, planning, project status reports and material quantity

Requirements

  • Oil & Gas Experience
  • EPC Experience
  • Minimum 7 Years of Experience
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge
  • Familiar with ASHRAE and SMACNA international codes.
  • Familiar with the ASME, API, ISA, IEC and other industry related standards.
  • Taking ownership of the project progress, budgets and technical interviews
  • Shall be organized, motivated and team worker.
