Location : Gurugram (One day from office in a week)Job Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Software Engineer with extensive knowledge in Pega Systems (including Pega Constellation and Pega Customer Service framework). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pega Systems, coupled with expertise in front-end technologies. As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will play pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of projects and driving technological innovation within our organization.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement Pega applications that meet business requirements. This includes creating workflows, user interfaces, and data models using Pega's tools and best practices.- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including high-level and low-level design documents, coding standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within Pega applications. This involves debugging, performance tuning, and ensuring the stability and reliability of the applications.- Work closely with Technical Lead, TPM and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Stay updated with the latest Pega features and best practices. Continuously seek opportunities to improve existing applications and processes, ensuring they remain efficient and effective.- Perform other duties, as assigned.Required Qualifications : - 5+ years in Pega Systems (including Pega Constellation)- Pega CSSA certified.- Strong knowledge of OOPs concepts.- Strong understanding and advocating DevOps culture- Pega CS framework experience would be good to have.- Good understanding of Agile (Scrum) project management methodology and Test-Driven Development- Strong communication skills- Strong problem-solving skills and should be able to navigate in difficult situation (ref:hirist.tech)
