Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Software Engineer with extensive knowledge in Pega Systems (including Pega Constellation and Pega Customer Service framework). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pega Systems, coupled with expertise in front-end technologies.

As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will play pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of projects and driving technological innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Pega applications that meet business requirements. This includes creating workflows, user interfaces, and data models using Pega's tools and best practices.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including high-level and low-level design documents, coding standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within Pega applications. This involves debugging, performance tuning, and ensuring the stability and reliability of the applications.

- Work closely with Technical Lead, TPM and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest Pega features and best practices. Continuously seek opportunities to improve existing applications and processes, ensuring they remain efficient and effective.

- Perform other duties, as assigned.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years in Pega Systems (including Pega Constellation)

- Pega CSSA certified.

- Strong knowledge of OOPs concepts.

- Strong understanding and advocating DevOps culture

- Pega CS framework experience would be good to have.

- Good understanding of Agile (Scrum) project management methodology and Test-Driven Development

- Strong communication skills

- Strong problem-solving skills and should be able to navigate in difficult situation
