About the Role :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pega Systems (including Pega Constellation and Pega Customer Service Framework) along with a solid background in front-end technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based solutions that align with business needs, while driving innovation and delivering high-quality results.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Pega PRPC, Pega Constellation, and Pega Customer Service Framework.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.- Ensure application scalability, performance, and maintainability.- Develop and integrate front-end components with Pega solutions.- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards.- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.- Stay updated with the latest Pega features and front-end frameworks to drive continuous improvement.Required Skills & Experience :- 5 - 8 years of total IT experience with at least 4+ years in Pega development.- Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation and Pega Customer Service Framework.- Proficiency in front-end technologies (JavaScript, React/Angular, HTML5, CSS3).- Strong understanding of Pega design patterns, integration techniques, and data modeling.- Pega Certification (CSA, CSSA, or higher) is highly preferred.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.What We Offer :- Flexible hybrid work environment (4 days WFH, 1 day office).- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge Pega solutions and enterprise-level projects.- Collaborative and innovative work culture.- Competitive compensation and benefits (ref:hirist.tech)
