Working in close collaboration with rural communities and administration, Roundglass Foundation has impacted the lives of 2.4 million people in more than 2,400 villages in Punjab through its various on-the-ground programmes such as The Billion Tree Project, Learn Labs and Waste Management.About the role: As a Donor Engagement, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with donors, partners, and funding institutions. You will design and execute engagement strategies, ensure transparent communication, and align fundraising efforts with the Foundation’s mission and impact goals. . What you’ll do: Donor Engagement & Relationship Management Build and sustain strong relationships with donors through regular communication and trust-building. Coordinate donor visits, impact-sharing sessions, and events to showcase progress. Serve as the primary point of contact for donor communications and stewardship. Partnership Support Prepare tailored proposals, pitches, and concept notes that align with donor interests. Collaborate with program teams to ensure fundraising efforts are impact-driven. Communication & Collateral Development Develop donor-focused communication materials including newsletters, reports, and thank-you notes. Maintain and update donor database/CRM for tracking, segmentation, and analytics. Support donor visibility through content, case studies, and impact stories. Reporting & Compliance Deliver accurate and timely reporting of fund utilization and program outcomes. Ensure compliance with donor requirements and regulatory standards. Track and report on donor engagement metrics and fundraising performance.Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Development Studies, Social Work, Communications, or related field. 6+ years of experience in donor engagement, fundraising, partnerships, or grant management. Proven track record in building strong donor relationships. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience with donor databases/CRM tools and fundraising metrics.
