Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Venture Sourcing Consultant to support the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of 250 high-potential startups and SMBs into the Accelerate program. The consultant will work closely with internal program teams, ecosystem partners, and startup founders to coordinate sourcing workflows and ensure a seamless venture intake experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing the venture sourcing process , from pipeline generation to panel evaluation and onboarding
  • Coordinate with internal hub teams to track nominations and assess venture readiness
  • Maintain a CRM of all pipeline ventures with relevant details and status updates
  • Schedule and facilitate 1:1 screening calls between ventures and evaluation panelists
  • Send meeting invites and briefing materials to panelists and startups
  • Collate evaluation scores, discussion notes, and prepare summary recommendations
  • Liaise with selected startups to share outcomes and onboarding instructions
  • Work closely with the Program Manager to ensure sourcing targets and timelines are met

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in the startup ecosystem (e.g., accelerator, incubator, venture fund, or startup)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — both external and internal
  • Strong coordination and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, trackers, teams , share point and one drive
  • Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about startups, innovation, and ecosystem-building

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience conducting venture evaluations or ecosystem scouting
  • Understanding of growth-stage metrics and startup success indicators
  • Exposure to working with mentors, VCs, or government innovation programs
