Job Description: A Developer with a finance background is required to join a research team focused on developing AI trading systems for equities and cryptocurrencies. The research team reports weekly via Zoom calls to a Project Manager at MCM headquarters. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Developer to design, develop, and implement AI-based trading algorithms. All developers on the team are expected to deliver weekly results that align with the Project Manager’s plan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, quantitative analysis, and financial markets, along with impeccable academic credentials and demonstrated expertise in computer programming, data science, and a deep understanding of financial markets. The AI Trading Systems Developer will collaborate closely with our research team to create systems that analyze market data, identify trading opportunities, and execute trades autonomously.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance.

Knowledge of statistical analysis and mathematical modeling.

Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, and Java.

Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

Knowledge of financial markets, trading strategies, and quantitative analysis.

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience in developing and implementing AI-based trading algorithms.

Experience with high-frequency trading (HFT) and low-latency systems.

Familiarity with trading platforms and APIs (e.g., Bybit , Binance, etc)

Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS).

Strong understanding of risk management and portfolio optimization.
