You will: Act as atrusted advisor to the CEO & leadership team Build scalable HR systems for ahigh-performance consulting organization Balanceculture, speed, governance, and retention Create leadership depth across sales, delivery, and practicesKey Responsibilities People Strategy & Org Design Design workforce planning aligned torevenue, practices, geographies Define org structures forSales, Delivery, Presales, Practices Drive succession planning for leadership rolesLeadership Hiring & Talent Philosophy Own hiring strategy forsenior & critical roles(Sales Directors, Practice Heads, Delivery Leaders) Partner closely with founders onfitment, psychology, commitment Build strong post-offer engagement & dropout prevention frameworksPerformance, Rewards & ESOP Design and institutionalize: KRA / KPI / OKR frameworks Variable pay & OTE models ESOP philosophy & long-term incentives Ensure performance differentiation is real, fair, and data-drivenCulture, Governance & Compliance Build Aelum’sculture code , leadership principles, and values Ensure HR governance acrossIndia, UK, GCC Handle sensitive employee relations & ethics mattersHR Organization Build-out Build and mentor: GM – HR Operations HR Business Partners (Sales, Delivery) Talent Acquisition leadership Shift HR fromdependency-driven to system-driven"I am best to define Aelum culture " must be responded in the screening question -1.
