Our projects range from workflow optimization and system integration to custom business automation — built to make processes faster, smarter, and more efficient.The Role We’re looking for ahands-on, flexible, hands-on, and independent Odoo Engineer & Administratorto join our distributed team. You’ll help design, implement, and maintain customized Odoo environments for clients across multiple industries. This position starts part-time (approx. 20 hrs/week) andmay evolve into a full-time roleas our project base grows.What You’ll Do Advise clients on how to map and automate business processes in Odoo. Configure and administer Odoo modules (Accounting, Sales, Production, Services, Productivity). Customize workflows and process automations tailored to client needs. If needed, develop or extend Python modules for advanced automation and integrations together with our software engineers. What You Bring Strong knowledge of Odoo architecture, modules, and configuration. Experience in one or more areas: CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, or HR. Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred). Good analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset. Excellent English communication (spoken and written). Experience of working in an international project Independent working style, thinking in solutions instead of problems and ability to meet deadlines. Experience in using AI and AI driven coding like with Cursor (Bonus) Python development or Odoo customization experience.
