Company Description Dyna-K Automotive Stampings Pvt. Ltd., established in December 1985, specializes in precision stampings, pressed components, and assemblies for the automotive industry. Over time, it has expanded its services to cater to critical safety requirements across various automotive sectors, such as Turbochargers, Brake Systems, Engine Parts, Exhaust & Emission Assemblies. The company operates two state-of-the-art facilities spanning approximately 60,000 sq. ft. in Pune’s MIDC Industrial Area. With in-house tool design and manufacturing capabilities, Dyna-K is a TS 16949 Certified Quality Organization dedicated to exceeding customer expectations in Domestic & Export Markets. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineer-Sales & Marketing based in Pune. Client Consultation and Needs Analysis: Visit potential and existing clients to understand their precise technical requirements for stamped components, often interpreting complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and material specifications. Technical Sales & Business Development: Identify and onboard new clients Techno-Commercial Offerings: Prepare detailed quotations and cost breakdowns based on tooling, material (e.g., steel, aluminum), production processes (stamping, forming, deep drawing), and quality control requirements (PPAP, ISO standards). Negotiate pricing and project timelines. Also excute periodic Price Revisions with existing customers. Internal Liaison & Project Management: Collaborate closely with the in-house design, tooling, and production teams to ensure that customer needs are fulfilled. Act as the "voice of the customer". Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities in the precision press market. Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance brand reputation. Qualifications Technical In-depth knowledge of precision metal stamping/pressing processes, press tools, dies, and related machinery; ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; familiarity with quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949); knowledge of material properties. Commercial Proven experience in Technical sales/marketing; strong negotiation, costing, and project management skills; experience with Excel & SAP. Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation and interpersonal skills; problem-solving abilities; self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel frequently. Education A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering is typically required. MBA will be preferred.
